Chapter 19 – How to Be an Adventurer (2)
In the end, the receptionist signed the documents. The receptionist organized the papers and put them in the desk.
“Then it’s time for the registration exam.”
“You mean the registration exam?”
“Yes. Will you please follow me?”
Sister Seris and I followed the receptionist. The receptionist guided us and explained about the registration exam.
“The registration test is a test to determine the class in which new adventurers will be placed. It’s not that difficult, so there’s no need to be nervous. It just lightly evaluates personality, background knowledge, and combat ability.”

“What if I can’t see the evaluation well?”

We were assigned to different rooms. A male employee entered my room, and he bombarded me with dozens of questions.

She pointed to her weapon stand, where several types of weapons were prepared.
Kara confidently took out a longsword type sword. She had a similar shape to her wooden sword, so she said that would be the best fit for Kara.

After taking our weapons for practice, we went back to Belita.

Belita set an hourglass smaller than the palm of her hand on her floor.

While Kara was exhausted, Belita’s breathing was undisturbed.

Kara lowered her arm with a look of resentment. Belita also reaped her sword.

“Seris.”

Belita moved a step. In response, Seris took a step back.

Seris bowed her back. Belita let out a sigh as she looked at it.

“Thank you!”
Belita turned her hourglass over again. Seris took a deep breath and took her stance. She leaned forward with the shield in her left hand forward.

The distance between the two became closer and closer. Seris cut her sword crosswise first. Belita blocked it with her sword.

Belita’s body was staggered by Seris’ unexpected strength.
Seris hit them with her shield.
Belita fell behind her and rolled several laps across her ground. No matter how strong Celis was, she wasn’t that strong, so she seemed to be Belita’s way to fall.
Seris ran towards Belita. She seemed to intend to hit her with her shield again. Belita ducked sideways to evade her shield and straddled her legs.

Cerys couldn’t overcome her inertia and rolled on the floor.

It was Seris’ defeat.
“Good work.”
Belita held out her hand. Celis stared blankly at her hand for a moment before she stood up holding it.

“Then go in. Next!”
Seris trudged back. Then it was my turn.
The sparring started and I walked slowly towards Belita.
The range of her sword was almost out of reach.
She quickly threw the dagger from her right hand. Belita slashed the flying dagger. She immediately switched the dagger in her left hand to her right and screamed.
Belita dodged her by slightly turning her body, so she turned around and cast a Backspin Elbow. Belita bowed her head.
When he thrust her dagger again, she jumped behind her and dodged.
I picked up the dagger lying on the floor and immediately ran.

With those words, Belita left her gymnasium.
