Chapter 380 – #82_A Night Of Delusion
#378
1.
Classes will proceed as normal. Please bring the Red Branch and visit my personal library by 12 PM.
While Takasho had gone to the mortal realm to finalize a high-end liquor import contract, Siwoo was left alone, unable to consult anyone, and was agonizing over the situation. The short letter from the Count, summarized above, was like a lifeline to Siwoo, who was struggling to figure out how to untangle the complicated mess.
“That’s a relief…”
Surprisingly, there was no sign of her questioning him about what happened last night. Nor was there a dismissal notice saying he didn’t need to come in from today. If things were going this way, it could be said that everything was working out well.
This incident taught him a lesson not to swing his ‘pepper’ around recklessly. He would have to meet the Count to know the details, but…
“Still, this is something.”
Just having the chance to bow his head and apologize was a great relief. Siwoo, determined not to act rashly again, knocked and entered the Count’s personal library.
“It’s been a while.”
By the window where rain was pattering, Count Yesod stood, the raindrops shattering against the glass.
“……”
He was momentarily speechless. For a brief moment, he had the illusion that she was completely naked.
The soft touch of her breasts and the sweet sensation of her lips. And even her lower entrance, which was far less defended than it seemed. He had been determined to handle things well without any lewd thoughts, but the moment he saw her in her dress, those thoughts came flooding back.
He shook his head, trying to clear his mind.
“Siwoo, I’m sorry for leaving without saying anything. I had some urgent business to attend to.”
“It’s alright, I understand that you are a busy person.”
The Count, with her usual composed smile, offered Siwoo a seat. If he had to guess, it seemed that Count Yesod was trying to bury what had happened before as if it never occurred. Her overly normal attitude reinforced his assumption.
To apologize, he would have to bring up what happened last time… If the Count wanted silence, then bringing up the past would be disregarding her way of handling things.
If he stayed quiet, he’d be halfway there. He sat on the sofa, keeping his mouth shut, and the Count sat opposite him, beginning the lesson.
“Where did we leave off last time?”
“We were quantifying the shielding rate of the Red Branch.”
“Ah, that’s right. Have you made any progress?”
“Yes, I have.”
“Oh my, you truly are something, Siwoo.”
The conversation and lesson were excessively normal. But that didn’t mean there were no differences.
First, the Count, who preferred clothes that showed off her figure, was now wrapped up in thick clothing. Second, she wasn’t teasing Siwoo with subtle, suggestive jokes. Third, she never came close, passing papers back and forth from across the room during the lesson.
But the discomfort that made his stomach churn was only temporary. As the previous incident seemed to be fading away, Siwoo was able to focus on her lecture. He had many questions and problems he had been stuck on, so the four-hour lesson was more fruitful than usual.
“You’ve worked hard, Siwoo. You can come to work as normal starting tomorrow. I’m sorry for not telling you sooner.”
“Yes, I understand.”
A promise didn’t necessarily have to be spoken to be valid. He wouldn’t bring it up. That was the unspoken agreement between the two of them during the lesson. A small part of him felt a little disappointed, which made him realize that he still hadn’t fully come to his senses.
Then, a very ominous change occurred. Suddenly, a subtle fragrance wafted through the air. The sweet, soft cream scent that always emanated from the Count was now swirling around him.
Siwoo had overlooked something. Previously, Siwoo had inhaled deeply the Count’s scent, which contained the pheromones unique to a witch’s spirit. Not just from the top of her head, but also the thick, potent essence from her lower region.
After that, their relationship ended without them properly consummating it. Siwoo’s body was still far from satisfied.
Like a starving beast smelling blood, Siwoo felt his lower body surge, even with the faintest scent, which was much weaker than usual. And his reason began to fade.
“Count.”
At Siwoo’s low voice, Count Yesod’s shoulders twitched. Women were good at reading the atmosphere. The Count realized that his tone and mood had suddenly changed.
“Yes, Siwoo.”
“I think this part is lacking. Could you explain just this?”
“Th-this part?”
“Yes.”
Siwoo wasn’t the only one who had been agonizing. The Count had also been restless, pacing back and forth before greeting him. How could she feel comfortable facing him alone, the very person she was embarrassed to even make eye contact with?
But during the lesson, Siwoo also didn’t bring up their uncomfortable history. It was like two people who had a drunken one-night stand awkwardly eating hangover soup the next day. The situation seemed to be resolving itself in their silence.
The Count felt relief, but also a lingering sense of disappointment. During their one-on-one lesson today, she had both hoped and feared that a ‘mishap’ or ‘mistake’ might occur. The thought made her feel a little bewildered.
Was it possible? She couldn’t believe that she was still out of her mind after going through such an embarrassing experience.
But at Siwoo’s call, with a tone and manner that were clearly different from the lesson, the Count swallowed hard and looked at the floor.
“If you’re talking about this calculation… I’m not sure what part you don’t understand.”
She looked at the part he was tapping with his fingertip, but no matter how hard she tried, she couldn’t grasp the intent of his question. It was a part that Siwoo had already established a while ago, a part that didn’t need any additional explanation.
“Is that so?”
“Ah…”
“I wanted to work on it in a bit more detail. Would it be alright if I came closer?”
Without waiting for permission, Siwoo got up from his seat. And as soon as he stood up, she saw it. His ‘thing,’ whose shape, temperature, and hardness she already knew, was bulging out, as if it was about to burst, pitching a 24-person tent.
The Count felt the blood drain from her head. Her breath hitched, and her heart pounded. Even though she knew she shouldn’t, she couldn’t stop him from naturally sitting next to her.
“S-Siwoo…”
“Yes?”
Moreover, they were now sitting close enough for their thighs to touch, just like when the Count had sat close to tease Siwoo. The Count’s eyes darted around frantically. She never imagined that he would be so aggressive. She had clearly expressed her intentions, albeit metaphorically.
“What’s wrong?”
Siwoo asked calmly in a low voice. His arm casually wrapped around the Count’s waist. It was so natural that it seemed like they were a couple who were used to such behavior.
“S-Siwoo?”
The Count hesitated, then barely managed to speak.
The Count was scared. The manners, etiquette, and refinement that had been ingrained in her for so long. They all became meaningless when they were in his grasp. She would pant like a female in heat, showing all sorts of disgraceful behavior.
But it was clear. After only having unwanted vegetables, her mind was now craving a piece of meat. She was yearning for a piece of steak dripping with blood.
And Siwoo was picking up on the Count’s hidden desires.
As proof, his hand, like a snake, crept over and caressed the Count’s buttocks. A clear act of sexual harassment that was not permitted. Yet, the Count didn’t react with anger, but only stiffened her shoulders.
To dare to touch a woman’s body so carelessly. Even if he was a diligent employee and her benefactor, it was not an act that should be allowed.
If it had been the Count of the past, if it had been another man, she would have been furious and kicked him out immediately. She would have yelled, ‘How dare you do this to me!’
“Actually, I was a little disappointed. We didn’t finish the lesson you mentioned last time, Count.”
The man casually fondled her buttocks and whispered in her ear. It was the opposite of when the Count had teased Siwoo, a picture-perfect role reversal.
“We were going to study your body, weren’t we?”
“Siwoo, I was too… rash back then. It wasn’t something I should have said so lightly… Ugh…!”
“I’m very disappointed. After you ran away last time, I thought you had prepared yourself when you called me back.”
Her buttocks were squeezed tightly, almost painfully. As if scolding her, the Count deliberately lowered her voice and spoke solemnly.
“…How rude. Do you see me, Lucy Yesod, as a loose woman? As a barmaid who can be touched anytime?”
“Of course not, I would never have such a rude thought about you, Count.”
But even as she spoke coldly, she could feel the slight tremor at the end of her own voice. A tremor of anxiety, and an equal measure of anticipation.
“I just believe that you will keep your promise.”
“Siwoo, ugh…!”
The Count’s lips, about to say anything, were lightly sealed. Siwoo, who had grabbed her wrist that she was trying to shake off, kissed her.
His rather thin and rough lips pressed against hers. The Count unconsciously stuck out her tongue and accepted his. Kiss after kiss after kiss. The memory of that night, both intoxicating and terrifying, spread through her mouth.
Her clothes were being removed, one piece at a time. No, it was more like they were being torn off rather than removed.
What was even more ridiculous was that she wasn’t resisting at all. Even though she was being treated so rudely, even though she could easily shake him off if she wanted to. She did nothing and was stripped naked in front of him.
The shame was incomparable to when she had taken off her clothes with her own hands in front of him. A flush of red rose on the Count’s porcelain skin.
“I look forward to today’s lesson as well.”
Siwoo’s hand grabbed the Count’s breast. The two of them fell onto the newly purchased sofa.
In this space, there would only be a male who wanted to devour and a female who wanted to be devoured. He had no doubt about that.
