Chapter 23 – Episodes 3-6
“Hello, my name is Heo Young-ho.”
He introduced himself, but everyone except Seong-ah knew Yeong-ho.
For Hyun-cheol, he is a classmate with whom he had a bad relationship, and for So-hee, he is a pervert young man he met while delivering.
Youngho was still afraid of Hyeoncheol. He was also burdened by facing Sohee and her face. However, he steadfastly entered the pension to achieve his goal.
‘How can you be so shameless?’
Jun-woo felt that Young-ho, who acted as if there was an iron plate on his face, was not only uncomfortable but also scary.
Hyuncheol, who was chopping green onions in front of the sink, rinsed his hands and approached Youngho.
“What’s wrong with you?”
“I came to visit and happened to meet Junwoo and his mother. “I’m close with Junwoo’s mother, so he told me to hang out with him.”
It was Yeong-ho who showed off his closeness with Mi-jeong in preparation for any dangerous situation.
“I see. How are you?”
“Uh.”
In Hyun-cheol’s mind, Yeong-ho was still the perpetrator and he was the victim. However, he has now shown a gesture of forgiving Youngho’s mistakes and trying to reconcile.
Youngho also felt that Hyeoncheol’s attitude toward him had changed. Still, it did not slow down his tension.
Knowing that Young-ho was a classmate with Jun-woo and Hyeon-cheol, So-hee did not bother to bring up Young-ho’s dark history when he asked her to take away the yogurt. Her suspicions about Jun-woo were enough to make her feel tired.
After having lunch together, we spent some time on our own.
Mijeong took a nap and Hyeoncheol read the book he brought. Seongah rolled around holding her cell phone.
Junwoo, who had been busy preparing meals, cleaned up after himself. After he finished washing the dishes, he called Sohee.
“Aunt Sohee, if you’re bored, would you like to go for a walk together?”
“Is that so, Junwoo?”
Junwoo and Sohee spoke loudly as if everyone could hear.
Hyuncheol sneered with his eyes fixed on the book, and Seongah raised an eyebrow over the phone.
Youngho, who was sitting in the corner of the living room, stared at Junwoo.
“Let’s go.”
Jun-woo ignored Young-ho’s gaze and went outside with So-hee.
The rain, which had become less frequent than in the morning, fell lightly. I felt refreshed as I breathed in the cool breeze.
Isn’t it hard to study? Let’s meet more often when you go to college. It’s nice to go on a trip together. Sohee continued with normal conversations.
[Where did you go?]
Junwoo ignored Youngho’s text message and put his cell phone in his pocket.
After a while, Junwoo spoke with difficulty.
“Sohee, I think I really need to tell you this.”
“What?”
A cool breeze blew through Sohee’s chest. What if I confess about what happened yesterday? Sohee was not prepared on how to react.
“I think Youngho saw what we did in the bathroom yesterday.”
“Then what was that gravel sound you heard outside?”
“That’s right. Ugh~ That crazy guy.”
It was a surprising and unpleasant situation, but this story was better.
“Then Youngho knew we were dating?”
“No, I couldn’t tell you that we were dating. That guy’s mouth is really cheap. I’m sure everyone in the neighborhood will spread the word. So now I am misunderstanding.”
“What misunderstanding?”
“That’s…”
It was a difficult topic to bring up, but Junwoo decided it would be better to make it known.
“There are rumors about Sohee. That strange rumor…”
“Know. Youngho also did that to me once. “Please take out the yogurt or something.”
“They said so. Youngho, I think he’s half out of his mind. Since it’s Sohee, I’m not too worried, but I still wanted to tell you to be careful just in case.”
“Okay, I’ll be careful. “If something happens to me with Youngho, Junwoo will probably be heartbroken, right?”
“Of course. That’s what I mean.”
Sohee smiled slightly. Somehow, a lonely look passed by.
Soon, the two people walked along the sea and reached the end of the white sand beach.
It was on top of the rock pile where Junwoo and Seongah did their work last night.
When he came back there, Junwoo’s heart pounded.
“This is the end. Should we go back to the other side?”
Junwoo said with an effortless expression.
Sohee looked down blankly. It was the exact spot where Moon Gyu was filming.
“Junwoo, have you ever heard of something like that?”
“What are you talking about?”
“They say there are three things that don’t exist in the world.”
“Three things that don’t exist in the world? “I haven’t heard of it.”
Sohee spoke in a rather serious voice.
“First, they say nothing is free in this world. “If you get something, you have to pay for it.”
“Oh, that seems plausible.”
Junwoo nodded.
“Second, they say there are no secrets in this world. Secrets that no one seemed to know will eventually be revealed to the world.”
“Hmm, I guess so.”
Junwoo hid his anxious feelings and responded to Sohee’s words.
“Third, they say there is no right answer in the world. “Things that we take for granted now can change due to unexpected events.”
Paralarak- Rain and wind shook the leaves.
Junwoo looked at Sohee in silence. When Sohee made eye contact with Junwoo, she smiled awkwardly.
“Hehe~ I suddenly said something strange, didn’t I? “I guess I became a little more sentimental after walking on the rainy beach with Junwoo.”
“What a strange story. It’s a story that makes you think about a lot of things.”
“Really?”
“Yes.”
Junwoo smiled and made eye contact with Sohee.
“The rain doesn’t seem to stop. Let’s go back now. Sohee seems to have drank too much yesterday, so get some rest.”
“Yes, Mr. Junwoo.”
Sohee held Junwoo’s hand tightly. Junwoo’s palms were soaked with sweat.
When I returned to the pension, Youngho was wandering around in the yard. Young-ho, who found Jun-woo and So-hee, approached them like a puppy waiting for its owner.
“Hey, why aren’t you answering the phone or checking the text messages?”
“Did you call? “I didn’t know.”
Junwoo took out his cell phone and looked at it as if he didn’t know.
“Why did you call me?”
“Because it’s uncomfortable to be inside. And I want to consult with the lady.”
“Counseling?”
Junwoo asked, wary of Yeongho.
“No matter how much I think about it, there is no guarantee that I will go to the right university. “Just in case, I’m going to get employment counseling from the lady in advance.”
“What are you talking about? “Did you drink during the day?”
“Ah, why is there only the yogurt lady? “Can’t there be a yogurt youth too?”
“If you don’t have anything to do other than talk nonsense, go in and sleep.”
Junwoo pushed Yeongho. Sohee tried to dissuade Junwoo.
“Youngho, what you say makes sense. Since you have some time, would you like to get some advice?”
“Yes!”
Youngho answered loudly.
I told you to be careful. You said you would be careful. But why are you accepting such nonsense? Junwoo looked at Sohee with a dumbfounded expression.
“Junwoo, go in and rest. “I’m going to talk to Youngho and then go in.”
“Then let’s talk together.”
“No, Junwoo. “I think it would be better for me and Youngho to do it together.”
Youngho’s small eyes were saying to Junwoo, ‘Why don’t you go in quickly?’
“Okay, then…”
Junwoo hesitantly entered the pension and looked back at Sohee and Youngho several times.
Even if Young-ho pulls a trick, So-hee will not suffer. Nevertheless, my anxious feelings did not go away.
Sohee and Youngho stood there until they confirmed that Junwoo closed the door and entered.
Todok – I heard the sound of raindrops falling on the roof of the pavilion.
Youngho took off the men’s clothing he was wearing over his T-shirt and laid it on the floor of the pavilion.
“Please sit here.”
“Aw~ Why are you doing this? It’s okay.”
“No. From the perspective of receiving counseling, this is what I need to do. “I brought a lot of clothes, so don’t worry.”
“Thank you. Then, excuse me.”
Sohee sat on Yeongho’s south side.
Youngho’s gaze turned to Sohee’s voluptuous breasts and legs exposed beneath the skirt.
Just looking at Sohee’s butt sitting on her own man made me horny.
“I thought about many things in case I didn’t go to college. Then, when I saw her aunt, it just occurred to me.”
“So you want to try delivering yogurt?”
“Yes. Can men do it too?”
“I know that Sunshine Dairy only accepts women, but I don’t know what other companies are like.”
“It’s gender discrimination!”
“Hoho~ You might think so. However, there are things that men enjoy more and things that women enjoy more, so it would be difficult to weigh them all one by one, right?”
Youngho opened his mouth half-open and blinked his eyes. I couldn’t control my gaze, so I kept looking here and there on Sohee’s body.
“Hey, can I get your phone number in advance? “If I have any more questions, I’ll ask the lady later.”
“Give me the phone. “I’ll take your number.”
Sohee accepted Youngho’s cell phone. There were missed calls and messages from Junwoo. Sohee was also not answering Junwoo’s phone call.
Sohee took a phone number without saying a word and returned the phone to Youngho.
“Thank you. Aside from getting a job, I have another concern.”
“It’s over already? Phew,~ What is your other concern?”
“I told you this once last time, but I don’t think I conveyed it well because I’m not good at speaking.”
“What was it? Ah,~ About yogurt? Hoho~”
Despite Sohee’s laughter, Youngho continued speaking seriously.
“As a healthy man, I just asked her aunt for help. “I heard that she helps poor people like me.”
“Hmm… The rumors are terrifying. “Do you really think that’s true?”
“I think that’s right.”
“Phew~!”
Youngho firmly believed that Sohee was hiding the truth. This is because I clearly saw the scene with Junwoo in the bathroom last night.
“I’m serious, but you’re smiling. Okay, so let me add one thing. “I was in the same class as Hyuncheol in my second year of high school.”
“I heard it earlier, and it seemed like that. But do you think it’s okay to say this to my friend’s mom?”
“We’re not friends.”
“Then?”
“Hyuncheol was a complete gangster. I got hit by that guy and even transferred schools.”
Sohee made an embarrassed expression.
“I’m sorry, I really didn’t know something like that happened to Youngho. “I will apologize on Hyuncheol’s behalf.”
“No. “The apology is not important!”
As Sohee lowered her posture, Youngho gained momentum.
“You know that the issue of school violence is very sensitive these days, right? If I open my mouth once, Hyuncheol’s life could become very irritable. But since I’m only human, I don’t want to go that far, so I’m just holding back.”
“…”
“It’s just that the anger built up inside doesn’t go away. I think the anger is still building up here.”
Youngho pointed to his crotch with his finger.
Although Sohee wondered what kind of idiotic talk this was, she silently listened to Youngho.
“I’m telling you this because I think I’ll be able to forgive Hyuncheol if you take this away.”
Shootaaa- The mountain wind scattered the falling rain.
Sohee, who was looking at Youngho, looked around. No one climbed the mountain in this weather.
“If you take that away, I think all of Youngho’s resentment will be resolved. Is that something like that?”
“Yes. It’s also for Hyuncheol’s future. “I definitely keep my promises.”
“…”
Youngho glared at Sohee with solemn eyes.
Sohee’s eyes wavered as she looked down at Youngho’s crotch.
“Heo-eok. Heo-eok.”
Junwoo climbed the mountain path, breathing heavily.
I came up here because I couldn’t see Sohee and Youngho anywhere on the beach, not even on the outdoor table in front of the pension.
“Heo Young-ho!”
Youngho frowned at Junwoo’s call.
‘That bastard. Everything is going so well, why are you being so damn annoying? Don’t you want to share it like that?!’
Heo-eok- Heo-eok- Jun-woo, almost out of breath, stumbled and sat down on the steps of the pavilion.
Youngho quickly sent a text message to Sohee.
[Let’s talk again later.]
Sohee made eye contact with Youngho and nodded.
“Why did you come? “You said you and me would talk.”
“Haha. I’m just. So curious about what you’re talking about. Haha-“
“It’s me.”
At the same time, Youngho quickly sent a text message to Junwoo.
Junwoo took a breath and took out his cell phone to check his messages.
[Do you want to do this together?]
This is crazy.! It was something I couldn’t bear to say in front of Sohee. She suppressed the curse that was about to escape and glared at Youngho.
Yeong-ho, who was flinching at Jun-woo’s death, seeing him for the first time in his life, cleared his throat and cleared up the situation.
“Uh hmm… Then, thank you for the advice, ma’am. Shall we go down now?”
As the three of them were walking down the mountain path, Junwoo sent a text message to Sohee.
[What did you say?]
[There wasn’t much to say. You don’t have to worry.]
Jun-woo looked at So-hee, but So-hee just walked straight ahead, expressionless.
