Regardless of what thoughts each of them had in their hearts, time passed and Halloween approached before they knew it. Until a few years ago, it was not a festival that attracted much attention in Korea, but with the wave of globalization, it has become a day remembered by the whole nation. However, since many festivals, including holidays such as Christmas and Buddha’s Birthday, are created while accepting the cultures of various countries, it is not so strange.
Jessica, who planned a small house party inviting some foreigners from the same school as well as a few close friends, first got permission from the owner of the house and his father’s friend, William. Knowing that Jessica wasn’t one to wreck a house or have an accident at a party, he readily agreed, but forbade him to drink. It’s not because he doesn’t trust Jessica, it’s because his troublemaker son, Sam, has decided to come to Korea on the day of Halloween. Since the son he picked up from the airport already has a history of drug addiction, William decided not to bring alcohol into the house from today.
It was regrettable that he was sober, but Jessica thought it would be okay to hang out at home in moderation and go out with his friends, so he agreed. When we informed the people who were going to the party ahead of time, some withdrew their participation, but everyone, including Junhee, who just liked to hang out with friends expressed their intention to participate. And so, as the sun went down, one by one young people began to appear at her party.

So-dam, who had originally planned to come with Jun-hee, came to the party alone first. Apparently, after that day, she was mentally awkward to see Junhee, so she just informed her that she would go first, and as soon as the announced time for the party came, she left. “Sodam? Did you drink first?”

Sodam smiled and hugged Jessica’s side.
“How about it~ You can drink it again then. Or are you going to leave me?”
“Never. It’s no fun if you throw away the jokes.”

Her already drunk Sodam wrapped her arms around Jessica’s neck and gave her a kiss on her cheek. Jessica gave her a kiss on the cheek as if she was cute, and she waved her hand to the other guests who had entered.
Junhee and Junhyung then arrived at the party together. Chae-kyung invited Jun-hyung and Ga-hye to the party when they were invited, and they, who had just had dinner together in this small town in the countryside, did not miss the opportunity to participate in a party hosted by a foreigner for the first time in their lives.

“I greet you comfortably.”
Jun-hyung, dressed like a fighting game character, with a band tied around her head, and Jun-hee, dressed in jeans that are no different from usual, bought a dessert street. Jessica’s outfit was the same as that of the fairy in the fairy tale of the flying green boy, but her problem was that she was too bulky, so Junhyung couldn’t take his eyes off Jessica’s body.

Jun-hyung, who barely came to his senses at Jun-hee’s scolding, smiled shyly and avoided his seat toward the kitchen because he was thirsty for no reason. So-dam, who found her Jun-hee before she knew it, approached her and started acting on her drunkenness.

“Zuniti?”
“Is it because I’m a cool adult who doesn’t wear Halloween costumes? Keuh… I’m tired. You are an adult, you are an adult.”
“Why, why?”
Sodam clung to Junhee and made a sound as if he knew.
“Cancer, adults don’t like parties. As expected, it’s cool~ Junity~ It’s an adult, an adult.”
“I’m the same age as you.”
However, Sodam replied by shaking her hand.
“I was still far away. What is that, our adults don’t see me as an adult. Junhee, you have to be at your level to do the work of an adult. Is not it?”

Jessica took the drunk at the right time. Jun-hee was a little offended by her best friend’s rudeness, but didn’t want to spoil the mood at the party, so she went to her brother’s side on the sofa. In the living room, a few foreigners were already forming a group and chatting in their own language.

Eventually, when Chae-gyeong arrived with Ga-hye, the eyes of the crowd of threes and fives turned to the two of them. Of course, it was partly because the two were quite beautiful, but if that was the case, the other people gathered here were also not easy. Rather, it was the fact that the two of them’s Halloween costumes were high school uniforms.
In fact, Junhyung was aiming for a couple look with Chaekyung because it was the first time he had been to a party as a couple. The costume he wanted for Chae-kyung was that of a famous fighting game character like himself, his older sister wearing a blue qipao.
His selfish plan collapsed when he refused to pair up with Ga-hye first, but her school uniform, which he hadn’t seen since April Fool’s Day last year, was so good that he had no regrets about her cosplay. Chae-kyung’s school uniform was so destructive and promiscuous that she always had to match her blouse separately because of her uniquely outstanding breast size. Besides, it seems that she has grown more during that year, the bust of her blouse looked tighter than Junhyung’s memory.
Maybe that’s why, contrary to Chae-kyung, who was quite shy, Ga-hye proudly entered her house and greeted Jessica first. Then, he came to the sofa where Junhyung and Junhee were sitting and kicked Junhyung’s leg, who was watching her quietly.
“Ouch! What is it, Mr.”
“Your wife came out late today, so you should be beaten instead.”

Chae-kyung, who followed her, sat down next to Jun-hyung, embarrassed.
“Me, how am I?”
“I’m going to die.”
“I’m not crazy, this.”
When Jun-hyung told him his true feelings without going through his brain, Jun-hee frowned and left, and Ga-hye kicked him in the leg again while swearing.
“But Chaekyung-ah, isn’t this something that doesn’t suit your heart?”
“Yeah… Get in a little bit.”
“That’s why your wife is late. No, my heart is still growing.”
Ga-Hye glared at Chae-Kyung’s chest as if it were absurd.
“What, what!”
When Chae-kyung covered her chest with her arms in her gaze, Ga-hye smiled and moved her target to Jun-hyung.
“Blessed bastard. Owning this celestial chest. You cannot die in your name.”
“I want to be a good boss.”
“You’re really crazy, you.”
Ga-Hye giggled and she went to her kitchen to get something to drink. Junhyung quietly put his arm around her waist and whispered to her.
“Chaekyung-ah, shall we have a good time here and then go out?”
“Oh, no. I have a curfew today.”
“Eh? Really? Is it Halloween?”
Chaekyung apologized and explained what had happened to her.
“It’s a day like this, so I guess I’m worried at home. Then… Next time, I’ll definitely get permission to stay out.”
“Uh, what. If so. Because today is not the only day.”
Junhyung shrugged his shoulders as if he couldn’t help it and whispered in Chaekyung’s ear.
“Is it possible to wear the school uniform next time instead?”
“Huh? Yeah… Whoa, I’ll bring it if you want.”
Junhyung, who felt the strength going into his lower leg, crossed his legs to hide his erection. Then she went to get something to drink, and Hye came over to them with a slice of pizza in each of her hands.
“Hey! There’s a lot of pizza over there! What’s wrong with chicken? Is this American Class!?”
“Calm down, little. Don’t show off as a country boy.”
“If I can be buried in Hui’s pizza, I’ll take the village too. Come fast!”
Chaekyung and Junhyung looked at each other and smiled at the bright appearance of their friend whom they hadn’t seen in a long time, then got up to fill their stomachs.
Although there was no alcohol, the party atmosphere was quite ripe and everyone was having a good time. As the party host, it is most important for everyone to have fun, so Jessica was very busy taking care of any inconveniences here and there. Fortunately, William’s house was very spacious and cozy, and thanks to the lending of cards in preparation for the party, there were many things to enjoy including various foods and board games, so all the participants were well received.
Jessica, who was so busy but enjoying the party in her own way, froze nervously the moment the front door opened and William showed up. Sam has arrived. The man who had accidents due to drug addiction has now come. I never thought I’d come back when the atmosphere was this good. Since it is a town that is quite far from the airport, I thought I would come near the end of the party, but I arrived much earlier than expected.
Contrary to her worries, however, the man who appeared behind William’s back was not Sam, who must have been older than her. The man she remembered as a teenager Sam was a much younger black man with a body almost like Junhee or Sodam.
“William?”
“Ah, everything is fine, right? This is Kieran, my nephew. I became an adult this year. This time, universities are all gone, so they say they want to stay here for about half a year.”
“Hi. Are you Jessica’s sister? We met before, remember?”
Jessica asked, tilting her head.
“Well. I don’t know.”
“Don’t you remember my sister? Judy, the other day, my sister and I went to meet a man who works at a ranch and got a flat car…”
“Ah!! Judy! Ah!! Kieran, remember. It reminds me of things I don’t want to remember.”
At his words, Kieran laughs, shaking her little body.
“Anyway, thank you. Should I say instead of Sam?”
“By the way, what about Sam?”
To Jessica’s question, William shook her head in response.
“I heard you went to rehab. How long are you going to live like that… After… I hope it’s a little different this time.”
“Ah… I’m sorry, Uncle.”
At Jessica’s comfort, William gave a pitiful smile.
“I don’t want to disturb the party, so I’m going out of town for a while. The bar will be open late today. I’ll come back after midnight.”
But Jessica stopped him. It is not polite to kick out a landlord who is heartbroken over his son.
“Don’t do that, stay with me. I will also introduce my friends. Kieran has to know someone.”
“I know. Uncle, go say hello with me.”
William, who did not want to go out of his mind at their words, nodded his head and agreed. Instead, he went into his room and expressed his desire to get some rest first.
“Then, I’ll show you Kieran’s room and wash up a bit. Jessica, I’m curious about your friends, so please introduce them later.”
“Yes. Rest for now.”
Before chasing after the slow William, Kieran came over to Jessica and whispered to her.
“Nuna, are the women on the sofa over there also your friends?”
“Huh? Ah yes. Not exactly my friend, but a friend of a friend?”
“Oh. Introduce me later.”
“Okay. For now, follow your uncle and see the room first.”
Kieran smirked and followed William. Looking at him excitedly like a kid, I couldn’t believe that he was already an adult.
