Because of the pitch-black darkness, I couldn’t see an inch ahead.

I didn’t care. The structure of the third basement level would be the same as the first and second basement levels. I just had to keep moving forward.
The undead were not afraid of the darkness. The undead army simply advanced according to my orders. If it were a human instead of an undead, they would have been flustered by the invisible view.
