## Chapter 6 – Helpless Girls
At first glance, it was the clear image of a crime victim, shirt undone at the chest, bleeding from the head and collapsed on the ground.
The eyes of the other thug girls sprawled on the ground and those who had been standing from the start, watching, turned to her, and they started calling out to Anne.
“Did you fall and hurt yourself a little? Is that your new home now? Should we tell Sebastian to put a mailbox there for you?”
“What the hell, you bitch, making such a fuss? I’m really not going to let you… huh…?”
One of the thug girls who had fallen to the ground with Anne while holding onto her grabbed Anne by the scruff of her neck as she huffed and puffed, but she suddenly seemed to notice something strange about the situation and looked flustered.
“Hey…!! Hey, hey…!! What’s wrong with her…?”
Only then did the girls around her begin to realize the seriousness of the situation, and soon a girl named Vivian, who seemed to be the leader, slowly walked into the flower bed and began to look down at Anne with a displeased look.
“Vivian-nim… uh… what do we do…?”
“What do you mean, what do we do? From now on, you guys don’t know anything. Got it?”
“Vivian-nim…?”
“If I say I did it, the difference in rank is so big anyway. I won’t get a big punishment, so it doesn’t matter. And if we say it was an accident, who would know?”
“Vivian-nim…!! You can’t……!!”
What was funny was that, whether it was out of loyalty or a highly calculated move, Vivian was protecting her subordinate thug girls with her own power.
Look at the way the girls’ eyes sparkled with admiration and loyalty as they looked at Vivian.
They looked like they would give her their liver and gallbladder right away out of loyalty.
In that sense, she felt like she had excellent skills as a bully.
“So don’t worry about it and just keep your mouths shut. More importantly, go get my servant. Got it?”
“Y-yes, we will…!!”
“Oh, tell my servant that I told you to take appropriate measures, and he’ll roughly understand. Then everyone get out of here today.”
At Vivian’s command, the girls bowed their heads and began to scatter in all directions.
Vivian, watching the girls, snorted and brushed her blue hair slightly behind her ear as she looked down at the flower bed.
And she bent down to look at Anne, who was convulsing intermittently on the ground.
Anne, who had thought she had completely fainted, also opened her eyes slightly as a shadow fell over her, and looked up at Vivian looking down at her.
“So… I told you not to mess with me just because you’re a Monehen… Don’t you know what happens when you go against me when you look at your dad?”
“Bitch…”
“That’s good. It wouldn’t be bad to have you as a loyal dog for me, right? Then I might save you here…”
“Don’t… make noise…”
“You’re a stupid bitch to the end… But I don’t hate that. I’ll value that stubbornness and let you go without pain.”
Vivian, with a sneer, took out a plain stick from her chest, similar to a 30-centimeter ruler, and gripped it tightly.
Then, the short stick transformed into a long sword, as if the folded parts were pulled out like a truncheon.
Like the strangely shaped crystal ball from before, it was clear that something like that was not something from the world I knew.
“You know, I secretly received this as an entrance gift, but I never had a chance to use it until now, right? But it’s a good thing that the first thing I’m cutting with this is a person, right?”
Seeing not only the blue sword light, but also a strange blue light that felt somewhat cool flickering around the sword, Anne bit her lip tightly.
That expression was definitely one I had seen often.
The expression that someone feeling wronged makes when they look in the mirror.
An expression filled with resentment towards a world that doesn’t go their way.
And, the expression of a person filled with helpless sadness at the moment of facing their end.
As if she didn’t have the strength to hold on any longer, Anne’s expression relaxed and her head tilted to the side, and Vivian smiled brightly and gripped the sword upside down with both hands.
And it was the moment when Vivian raised the sharp blade aimed at Anne’s neck above her head and tried to strike it down.
– Swish
The moment Vivian realized that her body was not moving as she thought it would and inadvertently looked up at her hands holding the sword.
She could find a strand of soft yet firm tentacle gripping her hands.
And even the sight of a small, furry flower bud that had stretched out from it, trembling its half-open petals like a growling beast, glaring at her.
The smile was disappearing from Vivian’s face as she now realized that some being she had never seen before in her life, something she did not understand, was lurking in the academy’s flower bed.
“Uh… ah……”
Her trembling lips, frozen in extreme tension, began to open wider and wider, and she was about to let out a scream that spewed out from primal fear.
A strand of tentacle rushed towards Vivian’s mouth and plunged in as if to block it, stifling her.
The sword fell from Vivian’s hands as she struggled in surprise, and eventually it ended up stuck in the ground next to Anne, who had dropped her head.
“Ugh…!! Guuugh!! Uguugh……!!”
Next to the handle of the sword, the legs of the girl, who was desperately struggling while being lifted into the air, were shaking back and forth, but the resistance did not last long.
Soon, the struggle began to weaken, and eventually her movements began to subside with trembling convulsions.
Clear urine, mixed with fear, flowed out, running down her smooth stockings revealed under her skirt.

‘What am I thinking?’
I, who had roughly thrown Vivian, who had been choked unconscious by the tentacles blocking her throat, onto the flower bed next to her, was lost in thought for a moment, recalling my reckless actions just now.
This time, the tentacles didn’t move on their own and devour Vivian, so I left her alive for now, but now that she had witnessed me, I couldn’t just leave her alone.
‘This isn’t even my business… I’ve made things unnecessarily complicated……’
If someone reports that there’s a tentacle monster living in the academy’s flower bed, I’m done for right away.
It would have been one thing if I had just pretended not to know, but taking the risk of showing my face like this is not good for me.
Suddenly, I looked down at Anne, who was breathing heavily and whose complexion was gradually turning pale, and I began to be swept up in a strange feeling.
‘Well… I did meet a woman in the flower bed. Two of them.’
Although I only prevented her from dying instantly thanks to my leaves supporting her, this girl would surely die if left like this.
So, I wouldn’t feel too guilty if I swallowed her as she is.
After all, when you bury someone in the ground, they all return to nature, and I’m also part of nature (?).
Also, by swallowing Vivian, who witnessed me, I could regain my safe life in the academy’s flower bed.
If I swallowed Anne and Vivian with my tentacles, just like I did last night, I would surely be able to gain a foothold for growth.
But what is it that makes me hesitate in my heart at the sight of Anne, whose breathing is mixed with tears in her sleep, as if she is having some kind of dream?
What exactly is the direction of my focus, which has discovered her vulnerable side in this stubborn girl who doesn’t seem to bend to injustice, for?
Whatever happens, I have to make a decision quickly.
Because I don’t have much time left.
‘She told them to call a servant earlier, so he’ll be here soon…
Then I should still do something to prepare…..’
The tentacles that had slowly begun to stretch out began to approach Anne.
And after a while, the tentacles that had hesitated slightly in front of her began to carefully caress her body.
At that moment, my tentacles, surprised by the phenomenon that began to unfold before my eyes, began to flinch.

“I heard the young lady had something for me to take care of. Is this the one?”
“Probably. Hmm… from the looks of it, it seems like an accident happened during a minor fight. The young lady didn’t say anything else, so I guess we just need to take care of it appropriately. Since it’s something the young lady ordered, put the bill under the Grenot Marquisate and take her to the clinic.”
“Yes, I will.”
“By the way… did the young lady go ahead……?
It’s rare for her to call me and go somewhere first…”
The man in the butler’s uniform, who was looking around the flower bed as if looking for someone, clicked his tongue with a groan.
“I wonder if she went to find something she forgot.
I’ll look around the classroom and go, so go ahead.”
“Yes, senior.”
I, who was hiding among the flowers, watching the two men who had found the flower bed pick up Anne and leave, shrank my flower buds and let out a sigh of relief.
‘The problem is roughly solved. Then what’s left is……’
My bloodstained leaves, captivated by a strange anticipation for the events that would unfold in the future, were gently swaying in the wind.
Man, I wish the gore was shown in vivid detail instead of being skipped all the time.
All we get are dots like these:
