Chapter 7 – Episode 7 – The Protagonist In Waiting
‘I’m screwed.’
I whipped around.
“Oh, excuse me.”
“Ah, I’m so sorry…”
The guy I’d bumped into, seeing that I’d spilled something because of him, scratched his head with an apologetic look.
“…It’s okay.”
I was about to say something, but I held back.
It was already spilled. Getting angry here would only draw attention. It wouldn’t solve anything.

I looked at my sister’s drink and water bottle with a troubled expression. I’d accidentally put in twice the amount I’d originally planned.

I went into the nearby men’s restroom and stood in front of the mirror.

When I called out to her, for a moment, she looked at my face, and it felt like her gaze was fixed on my lips for a split second.

“Jinhyun, I’m back.”
After waiting for about five minutes, my sister came out of the restroom.
My sister and I grabbed our drinks and popcorn and went into the movie theater.

My sister’s face was right in front of me.
