Chapter 25 – Time Limit
Was it surprisingly easy for people to go crazy?
The situation in a monotonous room with no clock or window
There wasn’t much of a problem with driving people crazy.
It’s like this even if you’re just locked up with nothing to do

I was realizing with my whole body that it would not be easy to endure unless one had a fair amount of mental strength.

“Why a marriage certificate? That was the minimum condition for believing that Ed would never leave me.”

“Originally, I thought it would all end once the tutoring is over. Ed’s done well, and the two of us meet well.”
With a look on her face that reminded her of an existence she didn’t want to think about, she continued her words.

A jumble of memories hinders understanding.

She hugged me
Like her mother comforting her own child.
Something hot came out of my eyes and ran down my cheek.
Is it tears?
Maybe it’s real now.
I just want to be comfortable.
I wanted to be comfortable no matter what.
I don’t know what the ending will be, but I wanted to be comfortable for now.
She came to kiss her
Small grains entered my mouth through saliva.
“Get some rest first.”
My vision darkened.
As it were, consciousness was cut off there.

He forced himself to sleep, fearing that his mind would collapse if left alone beyond that.
